Medina Sauna | Bathroom
This project involved converting an existing full bathroom into two distinct spaces: a functional half bath and a custom-built cedar dry sauna. The layout was reconfigured to separate plumbing and mechanical requirements while maximizing usable space on both sides. The half bath includes updated fixtures and efficient circulation, while the sauna was constructed with cedar wood, custom bench framing, proper ventilation, and heat-rated assemblies.
Garage Rebuild
This project replaced an outdated 60-year-old garage with a newly built 600 sq ft, wide two-car garage designed for modern use. By expanding the footprint and adding a full loft space, we significantly increased both storage and functionality.
