Our history
We are a family-owned construction company founded by a father and son and built on decades of hands-on experience. Sergey Sr. began his career in the early 2000s, and as Sergey Jr. grew up, he learned the trade firsthand—on job sites, alongside his father. In 2018, they officially launched their general contracting company together.
Over the years, we’ve built lasting relationships with trusted trade partners who share our standards and work ethic. Together, our team brings over 40 years of combined experience to every project, treating each home with the care and pride it deserves.
